"Tracy is amazing, she remembers her customers orders and always has a smile and kind words… being served by that kind of person makes the short stop heading home at the end of a long day all that much better, and she is definitely one of the reasons I prefer to stop by this little gas station Tim’s location as opposed to the other ‘full sized, 24hr’ location down the street. "My go-to Tims after long night shifts when I'm so tired I fall asleep ordering & can barely get words straight, but somehow they get me food is always fresh (for a Tims), can't complain quality wise! But-- Tims could greatly benefit in investing in areas trainers. Seems impossible to expect a shop to run on a busy morning with a barista and a trainee running the register and the barista is having to train them from scratch! That's setting new employees up to fail & putting way too much pressure on seasoned employees who I assume are not getting paid extra to train. Investing in people who know how to train properly & work with new hires is priceless."

"I particular love to visit this place because there is a staff here named Kalisha. Her service is amazing. She always has a big smile greeting the customers while taking their orders.
